The final step in the 3-check process is the migrant check.

• Applicant must be requested to apply for the visa by the employer
• Details of employment must meet those approved as part of the job check
• Applicant must be suitably qualified (evidence not required in all cases)
• Applicant must meet the generic health, character and bona fide requirements
